The company is promoted by technocrats who have a vast experience of working in Engineering and Energy sector in India and worldwide with Technology Support from USA, India and South Africa based companies who have conducted numerous research programs in the Energy and Engineering sectors and have successfully commissioned projects which have illuminated the homes of thousands of low income houses in all parts of world as well as helped the environment through energy saving and reducing hazardous waste.

The objectives of the Company are to carry on in India and abroad the business of manufacturing, engineering, designing, consultancy, repairing, developing, fabricating assembling, production, sales, trading, distribution, marketing, servicing of solar based products such as Solar Home Kits and appliances, Solar Lights, Solar Power packs, Solar Water Pumps; Electronics Products such as power saving transformers, capacitor banks; energy efficient Products like cool reflective paints, waste to energy appliances, prefabricated efficient house; energy optimization equipment's, smart remote monitoring and controlling systems.

The company will also undertake in India and abroad, turnkey projects for design, execution and technology transfers for On-grid and Off-grid type solar power generation projects and other renewable energy projects ranging from KW to MW scale including consultancy and related services.

About the Promoters

Mr. Bipin Shah owns WinBuild, Inc. in USA. He is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and a Certified Demand-Side Management Professional (DSM), has a B.S. and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering and over 20 years of experience in building energy efficiency research and technology advancement.

He has worked closely with US-DOE, both as an R&D support contractor and subject matter expert. He has mastered the codes and standards infrastructure and industry collaboration necessary to integrate advanced energy efficient and renewable building components into residential and commercial buildings domestically and internationally. He has been instrumental in working out the policy, technical & stakeholder engagement aspects of the R&D program management and execution within U.S. Department of Energy, U.S. Department of State, National Fenestration Rating Council, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), National Renewable Energy Technology Laboratory, Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, and the private sector.

Mr. Unmesh Jagtap, a mechanical engineer with a master's degree from University of Florida, USA, brings his rich experience in Solar Area to Ino-Solar Energy Private Limited. He has a wide experience in projects related to Solar and Wind Energy, manufacturing of Solar PV Modules and as a System Integrator for designing and implementing various projects in Solar PV Power Plants, Solar water Heaters, Domestic ( 650 W to 30 KW ) Wind Turbines, Wind and Solar Hybrid Systems and Energy Solutions for Telecom Industries..

He is the CEO of UNPA Engineering, a company engaged in manufacturing of various Diesel Engine Parts and Valves and assemblies for OEM's Like Cummins, Caterpiller, Mahindra, Kirloskars etc. The compnay is also has Projects and Trading division which is associated with KENT for Domestic Water Purifiers, BERGEN for Solar Thermal ( CSP ) solutions and Water Purification Plants and CYBER POWER, USA for Electronic products like UPS, Inverters, Solae

Unmesh has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from University of Poona, India, Maharashtra, Pune and a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Florida, Florida, Gainesville, USA

His expertise lies in strategic planning and turnaround of underperforming organizations by completely changing business model & strategy, provide direction as to which markets the company should venture into with what product lines, with awareness about the competitive players.
